From Science to Solutions
The medical professionals at Novo Nordisk share a vision: to help make people's lives better. How do we do this? By employing research, development, and education to combat disease. Our highly specialized medical staff is dedicated to the study of diabetes, hemostasis, growth hormone therapy and hormone therapy for women. Our medical teams bring a personal touch to science, using patient safety and good medicine as their guiding fundamentals.
New and Extended Applications
Our scientists start with emerging discoveries and existing therapies. Then, working together with our regulatory department, they take these discoveries and therapies to new or expanded applications – and ultimately to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval. Our clinical teams are actively involved in every phase of drug development – from early research to postmarketing and product support, as well as all aspects of site monitoring. In addition, our extensive team of biometrics experts is poised to analyze study data promptly. This allows us to share medical information that can make a difference in people's lives.
Medical Communications
Medical Communications is comprised of various dedicated sections, among them Drug Information. The Drug Information staff provides healthcare providers with medical and technical information on our products and the therapeutic areas our products treat.
