Council for Diversity and Inclusion
The Council for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) is a cross functional team of employees who are interested and committed to fostering awareness, understanding and respect for individual differences. Facilitated by Human Resources, with Andrew Purcell acting as the Executive Team Sponsor, the CDI consists of volunteers representing all departments and levels.

We define diversity as a variety or difference among people.  This includes different ethnic groups, religions, men, women, different cultures, age, sexual orientation, people who are physically/mentally challenged, ways of thinking, etc. - in essence, everyone!

We believe in an inclusive work environment where everyone has an opportunity to fully participate in creating business success.  People are valued for their unique skills, experiences and perspectives.

Strategy & Objectives
Our Diversity Strategy is a simple and straightforward three-pronged approach.
