MAP program
The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a 2-year multi-disciplinary development opportunity for recent Master's level graduates. Management associates receive comprehensive training and mentoring while rotating through four key functional areas at Novo Nordisk. The goal of the MAP is to provide management associates with the skills needed to pursue a career within Novo Nordisk, where their eduation and experience can make significant contributions to satisfying customer needs and achieving company goals.
In addition to the 2-year full-time MAP internship, there is also a Summer Management Associate Program. This summer program consists of a 3-month placement in one functional area. The program is designed for individuals who are currently in a Master’s Degree program who are looking to move into the 2-year full-time Management Associate Program upon graduation.
