Understanding Your BMI

Your body mass index (BMI) is determined by your body weight (kilograms, kg) divided by the square of your height (meters, m)2

A BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight. A BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese.1

Knowing your current weight and BMI, and evaluating your weight-loss history, can help you and your health care professional develop a new plan.

Use the quick BMI calculator tool to learn your BMI at www.TruthAboutWeight.com.

To evaluate your weight-loss history, complete a free TrueWeightTM History Assessment.
