Ranked by the American Society for Training & Development’s 2010 "Best Awards" for our industry leading training programs, Novo Nordisk offers more opportunities to advance your career. As a Sales professional, you will start your training on our product line and disease state during a period of home study. Then you’ll join us at our state-of-the-art Training Center in Plainsboro for two weeks of disease state training, product knowledge and selling skills.
Next, you’ll head out into the field for three weeks of applied learning, while relying whenever necessary on our Sales Support team, not to mention customized intranet sites designed for your specific product line.
Then, you’ll return to the Training Center for 1-2 weeks of clinical education depending on your line of business (Diabetes Care Specialist, Health Systems Diabetes Care Specialist, Endocrinologist Diabetes Care Specialist or Institutional Diabetes Care Specialist). This will give you the momentum you need to launch a stellar career at Novo Nordisk, and of course you’ll have more trainings, mentorship, and updates along the way.
