You can choose from three types of medical plans on your first day of work. A Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) option offers a lower per paycheck cost and includes a company contribution to a Health Savings Account.

Date of hire to the completion of the 4th year of employment
120 hours (prorated for new hires)
Beginning of the 5th year of employment to the completion of the 9th year of employment
160 hours
Beginning of the 10th year of employment to the completion of the 14th year of employment
200 hours
Beginning of the 15th year of employment and onward
240 hours
Sick Time
Full-time Employees are eligible for up to 40 hours of paid sick time per calendar year (prorated for new hires).
Holiday Schedule
Novo Nordisk provides The Company offers 12 paid holidays each year. We provide nine (9) designated national holidays and three (3) individually scheduled floating holidays.
401(k) Savings Plan
Novo Nordisk automatically contributes 8% of your annual salary and bonus to the Money Purchase Plan on your behalf. The company will add another 1% to the 401(k) Savings Plan if you contribute at least 2% of your pre-tax pay. Company contributions are fully vested after just three years.

Educational Assistance Program
This program provides financial assistance to employees enrolled in individual courses or participating in academic degree programs that are related to increasing an employee's ability to perform his/her current position or a projected assignment within the company.
