As the global pandemic continues to evolve, we have taken a number of steps to ensure the safety of our workplace, our employees, our business partners and our community team. One of the measures we have taken is to require all new hires in the United States (both field and office-based) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the first date of employment. Additionally, we have made updates to our policies and benefits to better support our employees during this period of rapid change. These updates include increased emphasis on flexible work arrangements where appropriate and possible based on job responsibilities, improved employee assistance programs, dependent care support and access to a telehealth program.
