Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Tom served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Payer Access at Omada Health, where he led health plan, PBM, health system, and employer partnerships and advanced access strategies focused on cardiometabolic and obesity care. Earlier in his career, he held commercial leadership roles at leading healthcare organizations including Eli Lilly and Company, GSK, and Intercept Pharmaceuticals, with a consistent focus on expanding patient access and driving long‑term value.
