The position
As a DD&IT Delivery Lead, you will:
• Manage and
oversee DD&IT projects from initiation to completion,
ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
•
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and
budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
document functional specifications and define project
scope.
• Perform hands-on development tasks using
technologies such as MS Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL, and
mobile app development.
• Review and manage tech
documentation for outsourced projects and create documentation
for in-house developed projects.
• Ensure the quality
and performance of developed solutions through testing and
validation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to
team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on
project progress, risks, and issues.
• Support and
maintain live applications through collaboration with partners
or established SOPs.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
• A
bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project
management and hands-on development, preferably in the
pharmaceutical industry.
• Core skills in Agile
Methodology, Lean Thinking, Scrum principles, Kanban principles,
and DevOps.
• Competency in Lean-Agile Leadership, Flow,
Design Thinking, Coaching and facilitation, and Agile Product
Management.
• A collaborative mindset, business acumen,
and strong communication skills.

business requirements and specialized technical areas. Our team
is dedicated to planning, organizing, and controlling resources
