The Position
A department coordinator's primary duty is to support the
administrative operations in the functional area, including data
collection and metric reporting system and act as a liaison
between key executives and employees.
Relationships
Reports to Supervisor.
Essential Functions

Collect and/or entering department data regarding the
performance of people, processes, and equipment

Organize and/or creating visual representations
(spreadsheets, reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)

Complete projects and special assignments

Establish objectives

Determine priorities

Time Management

Gain cooperation of others
-
Monitor progress of projects

Make adjustments to plans
-
Order, receive, and coordinate logistics of supplies

Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and
redesigning processes

Mentor lower-level Department Coordinators

Implement changes and manage visual
communications/controls for production and gathering areas
-
Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the
performance of duties

Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written
documents and use of computer monitor screen, reaching with
hands and arms, talking, writing, listening. Occasional
stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional
lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Must comply with EHS
responsibilities for the position. Working conditions will be
heating ventilation and air condition controlled.
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED, required

Technical Certificate or higher, preferred

5+ Years Relevant experience

GMP Experience, Preferred

Technical Requirements
-
Proficient in all and MS Office Suite applications –
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
(intermediate/advanced experience)

SharePoint a plus

Knowledge of Concur Expense and Travel software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be
proactive with calendar management and meeting preparation
and planning

Ability to be self-motivated, process oriented, and
