At Novo Nordisk, we recognize some people face financial challenges with out-of-pocket costs when undergoing guideline-recommended non-invasive testing for liver disease. The NovoDETECT® Liver Disease Testing Support Program is here to help you manage out-of-pocket costs effectively.
If your testing coverage is denied by your private or commercial insurance, such as insurance you receive through an employer, you may be eligible to enroll into the NovoDETECT® Liver Disease Testing Support Program. This program can help to significantly reduced testing costs.
To qualify for support through the NovoDETECT® program, you must meet the following criteria:
Access the NovoDETECT® Liver Disease Testing Support portal to enroll and submit your Explanation of Benefits and a copy of your receipt/proof of payment to the lab or provider. You can submit these documents through the portal, by mail, or via fax.
If your claim is eligible, NovoDETECT® will send you a check for the difference between your payment and the $25 that remains your responsibility. You can receive up to $3,000 in support per calendar year.
