At Novo Nordisk, we recognize some patients face financial challenges when undergoing guideline-recommended non-invasive testing for liver disease. The NovoDETECT® Liver Disease Testing Support Program is designed to assist your patients in managing these costs effectively.
If your patients are denied coverage or incur copays through their private or commercial insurance (such as employer-sponsored insurance) for testing, they can enroll into the NovoDETECT®Liver Disease Testing Support Program to access support for testing costs. NovoDETECT® complies with all relevant privacy guidelines, including HIPPA.
To qualify for support through the NovoDETECT® program, patients must meet the following criteria:
Direct patients to the NovoDETECT® Liver Disease Testing Support portal to enroll into the program; submit their EOB and copy of their receipt.
If the claim is eligible, NovoDETECT® will issue a check to the patient for the difference between their payment and the $25 that remains their responsibility, with a maximum support limit of $3,000 per calendar year.
