Centers for Disease Control: Division of Diabetes Translation

A part of the CDC that translates diabetes research into daily practice to understand the impact of the disease, influence health outcomes, and improve access to quality health care.

Diabetes Advocacy Alliance

A coalition representing patient, professional and trade associations, other nonprofit organizations, and corporations, all united in the desire to change the way diabetes is viewed and treated in America.

Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International

An organization whose mission it is to search for ways to prevent, better treat, and ultimately cure type 1 diabetes.

National Kidney Foundation

A foundation providing help and hope to kidney patients and their families since 1950.

National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases

An institute that conducts and supports basic and clinical research on many of the most serious diseases affecting public health.
